※ Components and packaging status

※ Popping phenomenon
1) If the product is warped, check the tone arm and needle pressure.
2) If you are using an integrated turntable, please play it using a different turntable.
- Products that are damaged due to device issues cannot be returned or exchanged.
3) If playback is not smooth due to static electricity and dust, please remove them with a dedicated product and then play back the product.
※ Disk abnormality
1) Due to the nature of the vinyl process that involves applying heat, the disc surface may warp.
- If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer will allow for more stable playback.
2) In some cases, the disc center hole diameter is made small to minimize distortion of the playback range and maintain maximum consistency even during repeated playback.
- If it does not fit the turntable spindle, you can adjust the center hole using a special product, etc.
3) Occasionally, there may be fine scratches or an unclean finish on the disc.
- Returns/exchanges are not possible.
※ Color disc
1) Color discs may have color differences or stains due to the manufacturing process.
2) The color disc may have a difference in actual color from the image on the site.
- This is not a defective product and cannot be returned or exchanged.
